Alejandra Ilegaron, the woman in the video, was shown in a very different delivery position. Normal delivery position is when mother lies flat on her back. Ilegaron, on the other hand, had to endure the pain using a pilates ball to relieve stress and divert her attention to. Also, for this delivery, the doctors didn't use anesthetics. It was really an unusually natural delivery. Of course, it helped that the father of the child was there to support.
You will see at the end of the video, as the baby came out of her womb - that more than the feeling of relief, the mother is happy and full of love. Her reaction when she first saw the baby was priceless. It almost seems like she doesn't feel any pain at all.
